      Flexible , autonomy, health insurance.

      Cons

      Zero training or processes in place. Daily fire drills. Everything is an uphill battle due to having a terrible reputation. Leadership is useless and barely knows a thing about real estate. Zero company culture. It’s a gamble whether or not you’ll receive your paycheck every other week. Be warned that there are fake reviews on here due to management urging employees to write good reviews. Steer clear.
