Owner/Founder is horrible- no business skills, no leadership ability, immature & lives in la la land. Totally clueless. Dirty facility in a bad part of town. High turnover, no growth opportunities, no retirement benefits- 401K. Company is struggling financially. Concerns that company can't even cover our payroll nor pay its bills.

Unorganized Unsafe Unsanitary 0 accountability. This company struggles to have any structure in the facility. Lack of communication and accountability has lead to consistent lack or performance. You are expected to work in an extremely unsafe and aggressive workplace. Bringing concerns to the attention of upper management has 0 effect of their decisions. The company only cares about pumping out product and not the employee. Employees can do whatever they want without any repercussions.
