The staff accommodation is cheap, the town is beautiful, and you can make some good acquaintances.
Cons
Inconsistency between the information given during the selection process itself about your conditions, duties, and responsibilities related to the performance of your job and what you actually find out about the job once you have been hired. Lack of communication and secrecy. Extreme competitiveness. Disorganization and lack of control. Micromanagement.
