Pros
Small company, Focus of creating better mobility products.
Cons
Obsolete technologies, No Cloud, Baseplan CRM is a huge clunky monolith with a lot of issues with no scope to modularise or scale up, Revenue Model is not great, Pay is poor. They don't use C#.NET, everything is in VB or VB.NET.

Pros
No overtime, nice co-workers, good wok-life balance, senior management is good. Good place to work if you have young family.
Cons
Old technologies, middle management is bad. Only concern about deadline. The software is very old, and very difficult to maintain Not a good place if you are looking for career. You will not be able to find a new job if you stay here for more that 3 years.
