Pros
Company owners are very down to earth and available. The atmosphere is very informal and relaxed. There is plenty of work to keep everyone busy but not too much leaving everyone stressed. Great benefits and very flexible with time off requests. This company is growing and it is great to be part of something on the beginning path to greatness. Staff all get along and work together very well. I like the work hours starting at 8:30am so I can easily go to the gym before work.
Cons
Only one bathroom shared by 8 staff members. We will move to a larger office within next year, so this is a temporary issue.
