      Small and agile company. Hardworking and supportive group. Exposure to several facets of the commercial real estate industry. Growth opportunities. Thoughtful benefits package.

      Cons

      The company is smaller so growth is slow. Reliance on Executive Team can sometimes result in bottlenecks.

      Team works hard, is collaborative, and there is a desire to have a fun company culture. Being a smaller firm its hard to carve out the time for fun, but I've seen continued improvement in this area.

      Career Destroyed Company-Not for young People- Don't ever accept the offer

      Pros

      No Pros- One of the worst company anyone can have, Never ever work here. I wish, I knew about this company or would have read the review here, before I accepted the offer. From my past 4 years finance experience and more than 4 years retail experience ' I still can't believe company like this still exists. Working in retail is far better than working here.

      Cons

      No job security, they will use their personal grudges to their employee. No training , No policy and procedure, they will not have double thought of firing someone. This is a local store where they hire their labours, Please stay away from this company unless you want to destroy your career and your self confidence. Instead of training new employees, they will judge you right away and within a month or two they will fire you without giving you any warning.
