      Pros

      There weren’t any, children pretending to be executives.

      Cons

      Awful to their people. Fire staff over the phone, no risk assessments, no health and safety training, no probation reviews, no communication. No one knows what they are doing, no set role responsibilities at corporate level, expecting one person to do the role of several. No opportunities for development.

      Extra hours available to pick up outside of arranged shifts

      Cons

      Extremely high turn over, and for a reason. Managers and team leaders aren’t great, hours get changed/ whole days removed to be given to others, favouritism, tension amongst works which is awkward since the workspace is so small. Very slow sometimes so you’re just standing there. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend, but there’s way worse
