Lack of training, parking outside clients houses

The worst care company in the area. Do not bother applying. The owners are corrupt and will do anything they can to stop you from getting another job in care. They lie, hide things, allow bullying and give unfair and cruel references. I regret ever working for them and giving so much of my time to them. Believe the negative reviews on indeed, the positive ones are done by the owners and former staff that managed to get out before they were targeted. Ask any care home or agency in the area about their opinion of the directors and they'll all tell you the same thing. They've got a bad reputation and opened their own business because no one else would take them on
