Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. This allows us to improve as a business moving forward.
Firstly, we would like to apologise that your time with us was clearly not what you believed or wanted it to be. It is never our intention to leave anyone feeling like this.
When recruiting at Account Manager level, Baxter Personnel have a strict policy of recruiting candidates that have no prior experience working in our field. You are aware of this as you came through that process without any recruitment experience.
During the recruitment process it is made clear to all applicants that the recruitment industry, particularly one operating in the FMCG sector is incredibly fast paced, competitive and at times stressful due to the extremely time sensitive nature of client labour requests. However, It is also very rewarding in many ways for people that wish to carve out a career in our industry.
We believe that we make this as clear as we possibly can during the hiring process. We do not shy away or try and hide in anyway the nature of the work you are being interviewed for.
We have a very proud track record of hiring and developing a great number of people within our organisation this way.
Unfortunately, on this occasion it didn’t work out for either of us. This is certainly not the outcome we wanted as it is our firm belief that in order to continue to grow as a business the more people we can develop professionally the stronger both parties will be.
