Firstly, we would like to apologise that your time with us was clearly not what you believed or wanted it to be. It is never our intention to leave anyone feeling like this. When recruiting at Account Manager level, Baxter Personnel have a strict policy of recruiting candidates that have no prior experience working in our field. You are aware of this as you came through that process without any recruitment experience. During the recruitment process it is made clear to all applicants that the recruitment industry, particularly one operating in the FMCG sector is incredibly fast paced, competitive and at times stressful due to the extremely time sensitive nature of client labour requests. However, It is also very rewarding in many ways for people that wish to carve out a career in our industry. We believe that we make this as clear as we possibly can during the hiring process. We do not shy away or try and hide in anyway the nature of the work you are being interviewed for. We have a very proud track record of hiring and developing a great number of people within our organisation this way. Unfortunately, on this occasion it didn’t work out for either of us.
