Great company with fantastic routes for progression

This is a fast growing recruitment agency with lots of room to grow and progress in roles. The company pride themselves on offering opportunities to those who show ambition, drive and want to be challenged. Expanding from being a local recruiter, this agency is now working on a national scale so offers opportunity to learn valuable skills and experience on a national scale.

Cons

There is no real cons for me to write about this company. If you are honest and hard working and show ambition, drive and a willingness to learn and progress, this company will ensure you are catered for with a development plan and opportunities to grow and progress with the business.

Discriminative against certain race/ethnicities, furloughed staff with no intention of bringing them back, posts jobs that are not available, owner is a narcissistic bully

Worst company I have ever worked for. Staff are 'asked' to leave positive reviews on here as a PR stunt

I worked with a few nice people (now left) but aside from that, none. Staff are 'asked' to leave positive reviews on here as a PR stunt

I have many years recruitment experience and this place was the worst time of my working career. Ruled by fear, no staff benefits, had to 'scan in and out' and your were docked pay for being slightly late, long work days, no breaks, no time allowed for doctors or dentist, ran like a 1920's sweat shop. No respect for employees or candidates, no training, very old database, no trust, no client base. Just an awful place with no culture other than fear
