Pros
There are none, maybe the people that work there, but I feel they were zombies manipulated into getting people to work there. Its basically a pyramid scheme
Cons
I was lied to about what exactly they do. You will be out on the streets begging people to change their windshield. In parking lots, gas stations, going door to door in businesses and restaurants, basically begging people to replace their windshield at ¨no cost¨. I was told that I would get $300 per week to work plus commission, which was a complete lie. The owner never intended to pay, especially if you dont make any sales. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!!

- positive, professional work environment - you're in total control of what you make (base weekly pay + commission, no max on commissions) - opportunity to grow @ your own pace, no seniority, if you work hard you will reap the rewards - all-expenses-paid travel opportunities - provides meaningful experiences in marketing + sales
Cons
- if you don't put forth the effort, you will not get anywhere - must be willing to start small with the company in order to advance + go big
