Pros
To my employeer agency it os good because they have a long contract like 1 in a half year and also immedate probesionary to have a regular work in this employeer and also helping to the worker.
Cons
I dont have downside to my recent employeer for me ive been work here in 6 years and i dont have any experience of negative or downside etc
