Offices are nice situated in a nice business park Incentives - small but nice
Cons
Commission is low and targets are high Poorly managed and there is NO trust given to individuals Extremely micromanaged (checking call records and reading emails) and it makes it feel like a nursery school. No promotions and work overload for no reward

You are very strictly managed and it can feel like a very micromanaged environment where the manager does not trust anyone.
