Shortlisting of the candidates is not done based on the teaching skills but based on the online platform usage during mock interviews. I wonder how can one use the platform to the optimum level without the experience with kids. Though we were told to explore the platform during practice sessions which take place before the mock interview but still we need practice to get habituated. As we all are humans " practice makes a man perfect" but those practice sessions can't decide the teaching caliber of an individual. We were told during the training to behave like kids while taking the sessions ( clapping hands, showing off of getting impressed) which i consider is not professionalism.
