Horrendous... a big stain on my career

Pros

Nothing really. I's indeed a terrible place and you should keep looking somewhere else.

Cons

- Terrible management. No leadership, decisions are made by raising a finger in the air. No consistency, new day, new strategy. They obviously don't know what they are doing and everybody knows, from senior manager to interns. - Bad mediocre product. Numbers are really bad. The product does not make commercial sense. Pain points being ignored on a regular basis. Product development ignores customer's expected outcome.

Thanks so much for your feedback. If you worked at BeMyGuest then I'd say you would understand the importance of an adaptive and flexibile approach to new challenges and direction. Some people respond better to change than others of course, so perhaps this wasn't the right role for you. Our hiring policy is to employ people with specific experience and knowledge to help grow the business. We do expect that our team has the initiative to ask questions when required, as there are no specific 'training' programs in place in such a small team. It's disappointing that you felt the job and your position within the company was not suitable to you, however our salary payments are always on time, and never delayed unless there was an issue within your own bank. Of course we'd prefer that employees are in for the long term, however our entire team is working very hard to scale the business and if your role was not the right fit, then we wish you well on your search for a more suitable position.

An experienced international team; If you are ready to contribute to the company, than your salary would be decent; Convenient office location; A good business model for the travel industry; Top management cares about employees and delegates responsibilities; There are team building activities on a regular basis, etc.
