7yThanks so much for your feedback. If you worked at BeMyGuest then I'd say you would understand the importance of an adaptive and flexibile approach to new challenges and direction. Some people respond better to change than others of course, so perhaps this wasn't the right role for you.
Our hiring policy is to employ people with specific experience and knowledge to help grow the business. We do expect that our team has the initiative to ask questions when required, as there are no specific 'training' programs in place in such a small team.
It's disappointing that you felt the job and your position within the company was not suitable to you, however our salary payments are always on time, and never delayed unless there was an issue within your own bank.
Of course we'd prefer that employees are in for the long term, however our entire team is working very hard to scale the business and if your role was not the right fit, then we wish you well on your search for a more suitable position.
