      Talented team but decision-making undermines expertise

      Pros

      Great culture, lots of very talented employees

      Cons

      Expertise isn't always listened to. I gave excellent recommendations based on 20+ years of experience, and the project manager decided to go a different route, it failed for the reasons I said it would, and still got blamed. My idea would've been faster and better overall, cheaper, and easier to maintain.

      A bit boys club like Patterns Marketing team is extremely toxic & will make you feel inadequate as a human Low paying You'll be left wondering what your job actually is
