Absolute archaic employment policies: PTO is earned each pay period Partners dislike each other, and it shows Slow decisions at the expense of clients and sales Immature behavior of some managers must end

-Pay is higher than similar companies/jobs
Cons
-Upper management is in constant conflict -Micro-management is the main M.O. Slow moving with decisions. -Benefits are expensive -Vacation time is low, no FMLA or STD, and no working maternity policy. -Leadership does not lead by example and often publicly berates employees -Despite desperately needing a human resource professional, they fly by the seat of their pants on most policies regarding human resources. This leads to questionable policies and off-the-cuff firings without warning. -No loyalty to employees
