Pros
They bring pizza once or twice a year. Some of your coworkers will become good friends.
Cons
Standoffish management, an out of touch CEO, lackluster hiring practices resulting in having to do the work of several people including fixing others shoddy work. Your hours will be cut with little to no notice and no help will be offered.
