The CEO has the unique ability to avoid facing up to the reality of situations and making difficult decisions, leaving the wider disjointed teams to piece together messaging only to be berated for failing to read his mind and for highlighting the truth.
This owner-managed company is proud of its diversity, which extends to many shades of Caucasian, having failed to recruit and retain a single person of colour.
The company demonstrates diversity by placing women in largely administrative roles where they can be intimated and reduced to tears on a regularly basis.
One redeeming quality for this CEO is, following one of his outburst he chooses to ignore feedback and helpfully proceeds to tell the recipient how they should have felt about his behaviour.
