      Pros

      Nice location, comfortable offices, and the fridge is always well stocked with good food and snacks.

      Cons

      This company has no clear direction and no real understanding of where it is heading. Management decisions change constantly, communication is poor, and the work environment feels chaotic and stressful. Do yourself a favor, stay away and look for another company to work for, no matter what.

      I worked at BeamUP for almost 5 years. the longest in my career I worked in one place. During my time at BeamUP I came to know good people and leadership which are always willing to help and listen, there is really a sense of a team at BeamUP and people are always pushing each other forward. My career and professional development grew a lot over my years there as I was given independence while providing professional guidance. definitely recommend
