Pros
They have a very good rate of pay for a part-time casual job and the hours allow for the ability to plan things outside of work time very easily.
Cons
The management of the food team is appalling with limited organisation and rota's are only fortnightly with many coming out only a few days, or even the day before, the current one runs out. There is also no room for advancement in this team due to senior management's reluctance to appoint new supervisors and senior team members. Members of staff are treated with minimal respect and many staff choose to leave rather than deal with these issues long term which means that they are severely understaffed.
