      Some great people, and attempts at creating a nice culture. Valuable work when effective External stakeholders great to work with

      Lots of legacy tech, BAU feels a bit chaotic Has gone through a recent restructure, will take sometime to get back to it. Still some tension between business units Diversity in ELT and senior management a bit lacking
