      Pros

      Great work environment. Coworkers are awesome and willing to help. They also sponsor tons of fun events you get to go to.

      Cons

      The initial training leaves you kind of feeling a little lost and feeling on your own. Need a more in depth training getting started.

      Very flexible and fun job. You get to connect with many costumers and managers. In addition you get to structure your own campaign and watch it grow.

      Cons

      Not much training. Only met my manager through Skype.
