Very human convo, no scripted questions. Overall very relaxed and asked questions that tried to gain insight on motivation aswell as skillset.
Cons
Didn't mention study support as one of their benefits. Seems like you probably just do your job with no advancement ops in the future. May have to move on in order to advance your career prospects.
