      Pros

      I love working at Beauceron Security. The culture is unlike any other organization I have ever worked for. Senior Leaders care about their employees and are clear on the objective we are working towards. It is also nice to feel like you are contributing to helping others be in control of their technology.

      Pros

      - There is a great team-oriented culture, but not in a weird "we're a family" type of way - Comprehensive benefits package so you can get LOTS of care such as counselling, massages, physio, osteopath etc - Quarterly events and lunches, both for your team and company wide - While everyone would like to make more money (myself included) I think I am being paid market value - Is a nice, professional environment without being held down by the chains of bureaucracy - location is excellent for taking a walk through downtown, with easy access to many restaurants

      Cons

      - Smaller company, so sometimes there are scenarios/questions that haven't been encountered yet, or often enough to have a strict process. Can be both good and bad - Parking can be limited on busier days - The office itself is an old, 100 year old building. It has been modernized, but it still has all the charm and quirks of old architecture
