- There is a great team-oriented culture, but not in a weird "we're a family" type of way - Comprehensive benefits package so you can get LOTS of care such as counselling, massages, physio, osteopath etc - Quarterly events and lunches, both for your team and company wide - While everyone would like to make more money (myself included) I think I am being paid market value - Is a nice, professional environment without being held down by the chains of bureaucracy - location is excellent for taking a walk through downtown, with easy access to many restaurants

- Smaller company, so sometimes there are scenarios/questions that haven't been encountered yet, or often enough to have a strict process. Can be both good and bad - Parking can be limited on busier days - The office itself is an old, 100 year old building. It has been modernized, but it still has all the charm and quirks of old architecture

The office environment is also a highlight: modern, vibrant, and welcoming, with thoughtful details like great coffee that make it feel far from the typical grey cubicle setting. Opportunities for career advancement can be somewhat limited at the moment. However, as the company continues to grow and expand, I believe there will be increasing potential for professional development and upward mobility in the future.
