Pros

-Some of the people are great to work with, built some great co-worker friendships. -health benefits

Cons

-low pay, very "cheap" when it comes to compensation and fairly paying employees -lots of egos -not much for benefits other than health benefits -not much for training -classic "we are like a family" work situation -generally not a good experience -if you are wondering why there are so many good reviews it's because they had a few bad reviews taken down and management asked everyone to put up a good review to save their image.

The company is young, so salary is likely less than you could get from more established businesses

Benefits, remote-friendly, not much else.

Cons

-Compensation is low. At least 30% less than anywhere else. -Barebones PTO policy. -Typical start-up "We are a small team, like family!" and "You'll wear many hats!" happening. -Typical corporate thing where investors are prioritized over employees also happening.
