Pros
Easy to get a job with them if you have the college degree and are a native speaker because they can't keep teachers.
Cons
Terrible pay terrible old platform and really really young kids with parents that sit there next to them treating you like a white monkey and thinking their kid is the most amazing student ever. Extremely punitive fines if u make the smallest mistake whick is easy to do. They have a few do gooders on their Skype site that gang up on teachers who make a small mistake and your Skype will blow up all day long it's the only way u can communicate and it takes hours to find your part of the thread. Just awful and primitive system of reaching management.
