      Pros

      My team/manager are the most understanding people I've ever worked with and I feel valued and appreciated in my role. We're a growing business so there's a lot of exciting changes that I get to have a part in. I work mostly from home with occasional travel to the offices (about once or twice a month).

      Cons

      The sector doesn't pay that well, but the culture and kindness of Bedspace along with the knowledge that we're making a difference cancels that con out.

      Pros

      Working at Bedspace has been an incredibly positive experience. As someone living with a disability, feeling genuinely seen, supported, and heard has meant so much. My managers, team, and the wider business have all shown real understanding and inclusivity.

      Cons

      The workload can occasionally feel more reflective of a full-time role, so ensuring expectations and pay are more closely aligned with responsibilities rather than contracted hours would enhance fairness and sustainability.
