Great evolution and unique positioning
Pros
Bee360 provides a unique solution to CIOs of big mid-size and Enterprise companies. Integrating EAM, EAP, ITFM, SPM into a holistic IT Management solution, creating a DTO, sounds ambitious. But it works and it is a hot topic. The company grows sustainably and evolves quickly. As an employee, I get a lot of responsibility, trust and freedom. The number of colleagues is growing slowly because the quality of new hires is extraordinary. I can't think of one person that is sub-par. And the quality of employees is key, as we have a high work-load. However, the team is dedicated and stays. I feel that I participate in something great in the making.
Cons
The strategy is not clearly fleshed out. Growth happens, but the strategy could be better defined. Besides that, new customers come faster than new employees get hired. There is no "puppy protection", but you get thrown into the deep end directly. It works because of the great team, but can be overwhelming for some people.
