1. Thank you overtime - meeting exceeded normal hours 2. Strict and monitored breaks - even let people do what they should be done on breaks 3. Unreachable HR - not approachable 4. No basis on choosing leaders 5. Promises are broken

Great pantry area, great colleagues.

Cons

There are a lot better solar BPO companies. DO NOT GO HERE -poor work life balance, they will require you to work on your day off - toxic management - does not provide a justifiable salary package - they will require you to work overtime but most of the times it is not paid - the shift is usually from 10 pm to 7 am - very strict management on enforcing break time even though there are no work loads - the management requires you to be in front of your work station all the time - poor choice of HMO, does not provide a dependent - the employees feel demotivated and exhausted due to the management's demand - does not provide proper trainings - they expect too high from the employees but does not provide proper materials - does not have Microsoft applications - WFH/hybrid setup is far from reality, false promise of the company - limited growth.
