Great coworkers overshadowed by inexperienced leadership

Residents and most coworkers are great.

Cons

The owners Chad and Misti have zero experience in healthcare and it shows. They are petty and out of touch and will take it out on you. But all the employees there hate them so it’s easy to bond with your coworkers over the shared hatred.

If you need a job this is the place. Nothing more than that, horrible co workers who take pictures of you if your not doing something right and send it to management instead of trying to help the prefer to get you terminated.

Pros

Benefits, the residents, and the newer facility. There used to be an excellent cook. Although this was a newer facility, they addressed concerns of staff and families well and were seemingly working through some of the more difficult portions of establishing themselves within the caregiving community. Easily accessable location to major highways.

Cons

Faces the same issues as all caregiving facilities of being short-staffed. Difficult to communicate with management and nursing staff at times. Management is new to caregiving type of facility.
