Pros
Benefits, the residents, and the newer facility. There used to be an excellent cook. Although this was a newer facility, they addressed concerns of staff and families well and were seemingly working through some of the more difficult portions of establishing themselves within the caregiving community. Easily accessable location to major highways.
Cons
Faces the same issues as all caregiving facilities of being short-staffed. Difficult to communicate with management and nursing staff at times. Management is new to caregiving type of facility.
