The most absolutely toxic environment I've ever experienced. A head of people who doesnt care about the people and an owner who thinks he can say whatever he wants no matter how offense. Also a share option given to staff as a benefit when it is really there to avoid people leaving in their droves at how toxic it is.
Lots to learn. Good people. Fast moving. Great benefits in the Renfrew office. Sky is the limit in terms of career progression here.
