Pros
Great benefit package, nice office space, welcome to the company was incredible, compensation package was good.
Cons
Does not have any form of HR, lack of internal opportunities, high turnover amongst smaller team, clique mentality amongst office staff, training does not exist. Homophobic, racist, and anti-transgender languages was openly used both in office and on the job sites. Most of their senior leadership is within their family and many other family members are hired above others maybe growth very hard within the company.
