      They rob you of your pay

      You get to work from home

      Cons

      You don't get holiday pay and if you don't work 80 hours every two weeks you get paid $2 less an hour. If a holiday happens to fall on your two weeks of work, you get $2 less for the two weeks unless you can make up the 8 hours somehow. If you're sick, forget about it. You're making $2 less an hour for the 2 weeks.
