Pros
Senior leadership are hands-on with everything, beyond accessible and truly put their trust in you no matter how junior or mid-level you are. They are invested in you and care about you both in your personal life and in your career path. You have the complete autonomy to make your own decisions with your work and run with them since your first day. I have been trusted and helped since my first day knowing very little and have grown exponentially because of the trust they put in me since day one. They want to hear your input and ideas on anything in any area of the business that you do or don't work on. And my favorite part is the complete cohesiveness of the entire company. I work in marketing but I work (and sit) with people on the sales, customer service, site optimization, design and analytics teams daily and learned more in the first two months here than I did at my previous two jobs in total. Everything and everyone works together and no question or project is too big or too small for anyone to help, especially senior leadership. If you want to get your hands dirty in another area of the company, you absolutely can and will. It is a very rewarding business, job and career path with strong visions by senior leadership that aren't stopping anytime soon.
Cons
It's already getting busy & crowded in our new (amazing) office! Also, I think some outside perks could be better and more in-line with other startups/tech companies of our size (ie; gym/health monthly stipends, MTA stipends, etc). Also, lack of stock option availabilities to all employees.
