These kinds of reviews usually come across like HR hyperbole, but this place is literally the best place I've worked so far. If the company culture is defined by any one thing it's extreme competence, and it's just fantastic to work alongside people you have complete confidence in. Management is both nimble as mature startups should be while being attentive enough to make sure that the growing ranks have what they need to be set up for success. I've never seen anything like it. We've got kegs in the office, infinite snacks, weekly catered lunches, you can work from home when you need to, and there's no hard cap on vacation days per year. On paper, these are great benefits, but in reality they send a subtle signal that the company will treat you like an adult as long as you use the benefits responsibly while taking care to get your work done. This is just one of the many ways that this company places its faith in its people and it's extremely refreshing.

I like that I set my own work load and am respected for my decisions. This creates a feeling of wanting to work, but not unnecessarily stressing my performance—I end up doing a lot, and feeling like I own my work and am part of an organization that's really striving to build a great thing and have a friendly environment for its employees. I'm not micro-managed, but if I need HR or information from anyone in the company it's available. There's a real passion displayed for the things that people do, and a lot of humble expertise as well. I keep learning a lot. It was a bit of a risk, but I left a job I really liked because of how much I jelled with the founders. So far I'm glad I did as I am much more directly impacting my end product.
