Pros

-A few colleagues made the day-to-day more bearable. -Learned to navigate pressure and unstructured environments.

Cons

-Salaries are well below market standards for the responsibilities involved. -No real career growth or development opportunities. -Management is disorganized, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. -Team leader micromanages, frequently arrives late or leaves during work hours, ignores communication, and exaggerates their qualifications. -Office manager fails to follow through on tasks or support employees effectively. -Poor transparency from upper management. -Although legally required, the company made efforts to strip back the two-week paid vacation entitlement. -Clear nationalistic favoritism, particularly toward Ukrainian employees, despite the office being located in Poznań, Poland. 0 diversity. -Work culture is toxic and unsupportive, high turnover and low morale are common.

Pros

For me, Beetroot was a gateway to a new life. I grew within the company from a junior role to coordinating two directions, and this journey was filled with growth, support, and valuable challenges. The team has an incredibly friendly and supportive atmosphere—everyone is always ready to help each other and step in when needed. The office provides all the conditions for productive work, making you feel almost at home while being at your desk. I worked at Beetroot for almost four years, and my expectations before joining completely aligned with reality. If you are hardworking, capable of self-management, and ready to invest in your work, the company will reward you even more in return. One thing that deserves special mention is the company’s strong commitment to social, economic, and environmental responsibility. This isn’t just about words or audits—it’s something deeply embedded in the company’s DNA, influencing everything from client projects to office equipment choices. Overall, Beetroot is an amazing company for knowledgeable and experienced professionals who seek growth in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Cons

The management isn’t perfect (but where is it ever perfect?), yet they genuinely listen to feedback. When areas for improvement were pointed out, that feedback was truly taken into account and addressed (from my experience).
