The office provides all the conditions for productive work, making you feel almost at home while being at your desk. I worked at Beetroot for almost four years, and my expectations before joining completely aligned with reality. If you are hardworking, capable of self-management, and ready to invest in your work, the company will reward you even more in return. The management isn’t perfect (but where is it ever perfect?), yet they genuinely listen to feedback. When areas for improvement were pointed out, that feedback was truly taken into account and addressed (from my experience).
