BCBAs are very rude and care only about making money. Junior therapists will get hurt on the job and they will say, “It’s okay. They are just kids, what’s the most they can do?”. This is for kids that are aggressive… Additionally they don’t give CPI training to most therapists even if they are dealing with a student that is extremely aggressive.

Clients have therapy all day every day even weekends in addition to school - they do not get to have the opportunity to be a child and enjoy life.
