Pros
Everyone in the team is just amazing people. People that believe in a better world and wants to make games that reflect that. Honest people that will do their best to accommodate you in the team and will probably become friends for life. Very talented professionals that seek to continuously improve their craft and artistic expression. The company only works on games they believe in and has a way a keeping the team engaged in that project.
Cons
The teams struggles from not having a full time producer to keep iterating and improving their processes. While everyone is open to self improvement, a lot of work is lost due to versioning issues, conflicting priorities or due to the level of freedom the team has. The overall financial compensation is not the best as well, but they are very open about it and I believe it would be better if they had the means to do so.
