Everyone has their own way of seeing work, so I try to encourage a rational perspective. As for some of the malicious comments, I have to admit… a few of them feel a little petty. Some even seem to stem from personal dissatisfaction with the company. Honestly, I believe no company has the time to waste dealing with an employee like that, and I think any organization would likely let go of such staff.

Management style very political. No real place for feedback. People survive by keep quiet, not by good performance. Hard work not appreciated. Some managers lack experience in handling work, mostly talk but action very little. Instruction always change, make work messy. Double standard an issue too.
