While hiring they offer low salary saying that we can make more by doing overtime but in reality the management stopped the overtime. Even if you work for 10-15 years there will be no salary hike. For office boys they are still giving 800 AED per month. I would say a big NO to someone who is planning to join in Fleet department of this company as thier exist partiality among staffs. Whenever an objection is raised towards the unethical practice , the first reply from the company is to put resignation. Office boys are asked to do drivers and mechanics job with no extra benefits. The HR department staffs are the worst and reminds me of a bully in college. I had to experience the worst on boarding process in my entire professional life. To anyone who is planning to join Belhasa, I would give only one advice; please put this company as your VERY LAST OPTION AND NEVER JOIN THE FLEET DEPARTMENT.
