Extreme measures to cut Human Resources cost down

Certain so called leaders get by on passing the buck to others and sadly has no hesitation in blaming others. They are perfect in their eyes and far from it. Bigger problems there. Sinking ship. Some of those staff in senior roles remain employed and have been there for some time who are so far removed and makes calls to benefit themselves. Often working part time and have no ethics in dropping others in it. Smoke and mirrors and a lot of my way or the highway. Turn over in certain areas is like a revolving door.
