      - salary - great and friendly directors - parties and pizza fridays - opportunities to grow fast as a professional

      - people in top management - enormous workload - weak people management - no spiritual idea in company except to gain success and money

      Some of the people I've met were very nice and good to work with

      Processes are non-existent, management does not comply with their words and promises, and toxic people with passive-aggressive attitudes, or straight rude (not all of them, of course, but enough to be uncomfortable about it, and it is ignored and even enabled by management).
