Pros

No Pros for this company, since the Bells sold the company. It’s gotten worse.

Cons

They don’t care about people who actually want to be there. They let go a lot of former employees for no good reason, many of the best employees have left the company. They have a huge turn over rate and there is lack of communication.

Pros

I've been with Bell for Five years now and I tried to leave once for financial game and came running back! the closeness in this office is other worldly. The managers, ceo, president, owners know everyone personally. They respect the fact that you have a life outside of work and even in life changing moments good or bad, make sure to let you know you are thought of and stood by. Not to mention the effort put into making life at work as enjoyable as possible. the term productive fun is used a lot here and it's accurate. Issues amongst staff are sorted out quickly. There is an emphasis on education training and internal growth and above everything else. The ethics in this company are unreal. There are no short cuts, no mining for work, no pressure sales. I have been in sales/retail my entire life and it''s the first time I can proudly stand behind my company.

Cons

Sometimes I feel lilke our desire to groom people to be better and better employees is wasted on people who dont have the best intent for the company. I think management is finally on a page where they are making more clear decisions on who needs to be coached and setting limits on how many times a coaching needs to take place before its an issue. So it's improving for sure.
