Hm, where to start? The company is the weirdest and the worst experience in my life. The management is structured of incapable and immature people who are not able to run their own lives, let alone a company. Co-founders proudly admit they don't even like people, which is completely opposed with the company's vision and mission. Even, for the company's bragging about how they love to help women, feels odd that they pushed at least 10 women out of the company in last couple of months. No man got fired or forced to leave the company, for that matter. Products are bad quality and the sale is mostly poor and inefficient, but somehow quite opposite image has been sent out to the local media. At the end, the management expect for you to work late hours (unpaid of course), to have laptop with you even on your vacation days and I personally experienced CEO calling and texting me even at 11 pm. In this company you will never have free time, and it's expected for you to put your personal life aside. If you don't obey you will be called a betrayer and you can expect being fired very quickly. I wouldn't recommend this company even to my greatest enemy.
